Betty Crocker Vanilla Cake Mix

wine tasting at a winery Peters, Wiltingen, Saar

Hallo zusammen,

The wines were all very young and need some time to grow. This liters of wine was expressed well and a light and wine for the summer.
went on to say: the Riesling QBA 2008 had Wiltinger Klosterberg, werlcher Oechler similar values, but a little more residual sugar. And the wine was very good. The Saar Rieslings have their own elegance and slimness that are found nowhere else. Significantly mineral and light fruit notes make this wine a harmonious meal companion. Then my
was already known and valued by Vohrjahr Pinot 2008th Here were the Oechlse somewhat higher and the acidity and sweetness very harmonious and light, typical of a young white Burgundy. The high mineral interferes with mild acidity and sweetness do not, because the wine is very harmonious. If the wine has a few weeks of rest in the bottle, it will have its full glory. The Sauvignon Blanc from
Peters is spoken aloud tasty and crunchy. Erninnert the Sauvignons from New Zealand and has the typical pepper-and-pepper note in the nose. Wonderfully crisp, green and fresh. This wine can be both to eat and enjoy just like that on a hot summer evening.
Then came the Pinot Gris, de rmich made so curious. And my curiosity was satisfied and least satisfied my expectations. A nice characteristic of the variety Pinot Gris shimmered in the glass and poured into the nose. Aromas of ripe tropical fruits, which were muted somewhat by the youth went to bemerktbar in the nose. The game balanced between sweetness and acidity, alcohol and mineral finds a happy result in this wine.
Then I tried yet Riesling Kabinett Wiltinger brown rock and the Riesling Scharzhofberg, was reported to me a lot. The brown rock eindeutlig has more slates in the soil, which is reflected in the wine too. The Scharzhofberg is profound and it also juicy and geahltvoller in the mouth. Both have a balance of sweetness and acidity, with me the 2008 slightly better Scharzhofberg precipitated as the Brown Berger 2008th
was the crowning conclusion then still a Riesling Auslese 2007 Martha's Vineyard to taste. This was very minerally, and had a significantly allelic acid, which makes the wine certainly very durable. I missed a bit of the fruit that I expect from a Riesling Auslese. The wine had a delicate enamel and knock out a lot of body harmony, except for the somewhat lack flavor you'd expect.
was all in all it a very interesting visit, just a pity that Mr Peters himself had no time when I still had some technical questions that I would like to put the trial and error. I will do next time.
The visit me in my high opinion about the winery and is confirmed only to keep me continue as a loyal customer. I can only recommend everyone to buy wine from time to time, Mr Peters, if you like beautiful, slim Saar wines. together
Then enjoy tasting and until next time

Regards
Esther
